How to change profile width
Firstly set the current width in PLC like 102mm, then set target width that you want to do like 120mm, then press auto moving button, the machine moving accordingly from 102mm to 120mm by motor, also check the video
How to change profile height
To change the first five roller stations by change spacer manually, check the photo and video
How to change profile C to Profile U
Firstly set the U profile targe width in PLC, press auto moving button, the machine move the width accordlingly, then put coil material into the machine and operate the machine as normal, the change the cutting blade manually, the purple marked is fixed, the yelloer marked is changeable, you can adjust cutting blade according to the profile, also check the video how to set parameter in PLC
